How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental US. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Do you offer a warranty on your cookware?

Yes, all Cook With Willow products come with a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship.

What is your return policy?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Are your products dishwasher safe?

While many of our items are dishwasher safe, we recommend hand-washing our wooden tools and specialty coated pans to preserve their finish and longevity.
